Include an in depth disussion of Audio Quality, Sampling Rates, Video Quality and Frame Rates. Figures such as an audio Sample Rate of say 48000 means little to the average user.

I'm sure each of the different Audio and video formats will have different ideal sample rates etc. So a more detailed discussion of these in the help document would be welcome. I'm sure most novice and average users would welcome such...

Add support for multi monitor computers. When I opened the help document it filled my 32' and part of my 25' monitors and I was unable to close the document. had to Ctrl Alt Del to close it.

Include ability to launch a DVD, select root menu items, and manually determine exactly what titles need to be ripped. Currently, I use a separate program to do this, write down the title numbers, then open WinX a select only those titles to rip.
